Medalion Rahimi was born in Los Angeles, California. She is an actress best known for her roles in Misogynist (2013), Criticsized (2015), and Extraction (2015).

Medalion is a first generation Iranian-American with Russian ancestry. Her mother, of Jewish decent, and father, of Muslim, met and wed in the states. Her mother Fariba Rahimi is a lawyer and her father, Kiumars Rahimi, is a dentist located in Agoura Hills, California. She has an older brother, Farmon and a younger sister, Lila.

Medalion began modeling at the age of four, but begged her mother to stop taking her to castings and instead enroll her in dance classes and in the performing arts. She began playing the piano and started acting in theater. At the age of twelve she landed the role of Cha Cha de Gregorio in the Showboat Theater Company's production of "Grease: the Musical"(2005). She went on to land roles in plays like Elmer Rice's "Street Scene"(2009) and "Working"(2010), based on the book by Studs Terkel.

After graduating from high school, Medalion attended the University of California, Los Angeles majoring in Theater with a minor in English. While at university, she appeared in a production of "Medea"(2011) as well as landing the female lead in the student-written play "Georgie Peorgie"(2012). While still in school, Medalion booked her first television role on Criminal Minds(2013), which lead to guest stars on other television series such as NCIS(2014), ABC Family's Mystery Girls(2014), and New Girl(2014).
