Paella, Paella Te quiero Paella... Meanin' I love you Paella...

My last days in Spain... spanish Mediterranean coast and eatin' Paella with good young white spanish wine.

Picture:

Left one is Seafood and mixed paella, On the Mediterranean coast, Valencians used seafood instead of meat and beans to make paella. Valencians regard this recipe as authentic as well. In this recipe, the seafood is served in the shell.

Right one is Arròs negre, This is a Valencian and Catalan dish made with cuttlefish (or squid) and rice, somewhat similar to seafood paella, Arròs negre should not be confused with black rice, the collective name for several cultivars of heirloom rice that have a naturally dark color.

Both of them were so delicious.
