Newsweek:

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un begged on “his hands and knees” for a summit with President Donald Trump after the commander-in-chief called off the historic meeting last month, according to one of the president’s personal attorneys.

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who now represents Trump in the special counsel’s Russia probe, made his claim Wednesday during an investment conference in Israel, according to The Wall Street Journal.
