If this is being engineered by the Chinese, the Turbans may be in for a rude awakening when they start it up. However, I have far more confidence in Iranians engineers than the sheet-wearing arabs who seems to make their refineries work pretty well.
Symbol of self sufficiency. A country floating on oil that imports gasoline. That revolution was surely worth it. :-)
A related question! Does anyone know if the Russian built nuclear reactor in Bushes produces any electricity, how many mWs per hour....? Is it operational or they (Russians) are still working on it? I predict this refinary will become operational in 2030 and maybe by then IRI will be imploded or overthrown!
Dear Inspector: that white elephant, the Chernobyl style power plant in Bushehr, on account of which the Russian mafia has been fleecing Iranians for the past 30 years, has not yet produced a single KW of energy, and it never will. It's kind of like the S-300 deal for which the Russians fleeced the IR out of $900 million. There's always talk about it, but they will NEVER be delivered.
Thanks for confirming my guess! Amman azz een roozegar!
