Although they act as though it isn’t so, in actual terms, it is like a big, red bullseye is painted on the back of dual national Iranians, particularly Iranian-Americans, who visit Iran.

After the taking of foreign hostages for ransom was finally stopped by the Islamist fascists –“reformers” and all, the taking of dual national Iranians began in earnest.

To date, the most lucrative hostage taking case, as far as cold hard cash is concerned, is the case of Obama administration handing over nearly two billion dollars in untraceable cash for four Iranian-American hostages to secure his faulty legacy nuke deal with the Islamist fascists’ Führer.

“An Iranian-American citizen and his wife have been detained in Iran since late July without being formally charged, a rights group reported on December 2.

The two are being held at Tehran’s Evin prison, the group said.

“Yet another case of a dual national snatched and held without charge or access to a lawyer represents an alarming continuation of a judicial system run by intelligence agencies with no respect for the law and no accountability.”

Their families had until now decided not to publicize their cases, hoping that they would be released, the ICHRI said.

"Then when the family started receiving anonymous phone threats and demands for money, they decided to go public and write a letter to Iran’s supreme leader," the statement said.”

I like to take this opportunity to remind a simple fact of life to all those dual national Iranians who travel to Iran, being a dual national and in Iran is like dangling a piece of raw meat in front of a pack of hyenas.

Until and unless this unreformable criminal enterprise, the Islamist fascists –“reformers” and all, which is masquerading as a legitimate governing system in Iran is retired, any dealings with it, even a simple touristic travel to Iran is full of hidden and obvious dangers. All travelers be aware.
