In 2009 after  Washington Times published a documented investigative report on the activities of NIAC lobby on behalf of the Islamist fascists, U.S. Senator John Kyl repeatedly urged Eric Holder, Attorney General in Obama’s administration, to launch an investigation.

Given Obama’s documented cozying up to the “reformist” faction of the Islamist fascists, and his single mindedness to sacrifice whatever it takes in pursuit of that folly, nothing came of Senator Kyle’s calls.

Now with the president-elect Trump taking over the levers of federal power in America, the possibility of his Attorney General being more inclined to investigate violation of FARA by Islamist fascist lobbies has increased.

Under FARA, provided they periodically make public statement about their relationship with Islamist fascists, NIAC lobby and its offshoots can and should continue with their current activities.

FARA, the foreign agent registration act, in part states:

“FARA is a disclosure statute that requires persons acting as agents of foreign principals in a political or quasi-political capacity to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities.  Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the statements and activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents.”

Sanction works, U.S. Senate, get to it.
