United Stupids of America ... Trump thanks you!
1. Jill Stein: You will be handsomely rewarded by "confidential and discreet" donations for helping my oil friends cancel US contributions and committements to climate change programs. Thank you for organizing the only green movement that has actually "made love" to mother Earth!
2. Libertarian voters: thanks to you, who have helped to build the foundation of the first American totalitarian regime, to exceed the glory of Vladimir Putin's Russia. Soon all three branches of goverment will be under my seal ... libertarate this!
3. FBI and dear Jimmy Comey: Sirs, your dedication and courage to save USA from the scourge of Hilary emails will never be forgotten. Thanks for bravely contravening the bureau protocols, in order to make your last minute reminder of the emails last forever!
4. Alt-Right, KKK and other friends: Sirs, you managed to shine a bright white light on your savior. How you managed to white-wash all my black-dirt is beyond comprehension. Führer will always remember your services!
5. Stupid "balanced" media: Thank you for preserving "reportorial" balance between all Trump stories (proposal to bomb families of terrorists + racist lies about Obama’s birth + religious test at border to ban Muslims + advocating torture by military + jokes about assassination of Hilary + claims of a rigged election + threats of not accepting results + sexual assualt of women + threats to sue women who come forward with assualt stories + ... ) against Hillary’s emails.
Trump will reward you with at least 4 years of comedy and tragedy!
Thanks Shazde.
I’m so looking forward to the next 4 years. In fact, I wrote some of my best material during W. Bush and Ahmadinejad presidencies. So it will be great.
Trump has received half a million less votes than Hillary and they are still counting millions of votes in California, so one can easily say that Trump will not have a mandate as Obama had in 2008. He will preside over a deeply divided nation and will not accomplish much aside from giving another tax cut to the top 1% and the Corporate America. He may also deport a few thousand folks. That’s about it.
Faramarz jan: I think that it will be a mixture of comedy and tragedy.
Pathetic leaders like George W., AhmadiNejad and Trump thrive on crises and fist fights. If they don't find any, they are bound to create some. At the end, people will be more miserable and world will be worse.
Leadership really becomes critical at times of trouble and moments of crisis. Obama with his big heart and great brian, was able to see past the emotional urges and the instinctive drive to hit the enemy hard for a quick and easy win. Obama was able to purse long-term goals and apply steady pressure, in order to resolve a situation, rather than break and destroy.
Dividends of peace are enormous for the good people, but the scourge of war can burn everything and everyone. Sadly, I think that a crazy selfish megalomanic like Trump will be unable to manage the US and the free-world at the times of crises, as would be expected to come in the next 4 years from Ukraine to N. Korea, from Yeman to Libya, from Iran to Syria, from Russia to China.
My advice to everyone: "duck and cover!"
Shazde, I too supported Hillary against Trump, but I think it's important it's important not to engage in caricatures, exaggerations, and oversimplifications. Trump got 29% of the Hispanic vote and a majority of the White college educated vote. I believe he got fewer White votes than Romney. One-third of counties that Obama carried both times went for Trump. As far as where the Big Money went, I think Clinton spent about 3 times more on ads than Trump. As far as the print media, every major paper, except the WSJ, endorsed Clinton (and even the WSJ was divided between pro and anti-Trump writers). Even many local newspapers who had endorsed Republicans for decades supported Hillary. Trump does not have a mandate -- he lost the popular vote and even much of his own party opposed him before his win; many of them still distrust him -- not to mention all of the many individuals and entities that have always opposed him. People need to calm down a bit: this is hardly the 2nd Coming of Adolf.
Trump thanks the USA...Who does Hillary blame?
Sharp, GR... as ever...
Thanks for the compliment, Razi.
"This woman," thought she would get elected even after all the things she did.
Dareh dig baaz o gorbeh ham bihayaa!
Dear Amir: I agree with most of what you say, except that Trump should not be underestimated.
He is like a clown, but is actually quite vicious and vindictive. He will be capable of committing atrocities, because like most other sociopaths and psychopaths; Trump lacks empathy towards other people (especially other races and nations).
As you said, Trump is not like the 2nd coming of Hitler; but surely comparable to the 2nd coming of Mussolini, another clownish demagogue who was the harbinger of the rise of fascism in Europe.
Shazde jaan, I dare say Trump is more like Berlusconi, another buffoonish, crass, inexperienced tycoon, than like Mussolini
