To understand the various IRI friendly lobbies like NIAC and Triator Parsi, you should remember that almost all of them are reminents of the Tudeh Party.
Tudeh Party was always a prostituation ring for Russia, and its reminents today do the same bidding. Watch where the Russian policies go, and see where NIAC and the like follow.
I agree Shazde Jan but we have to wait & see what happens w/ France. Often times in diplomacy these postures are pre-arranged. Don't be shocked if France changes its stand with few minor alteration in the agreement. Trite Parsi had to bark like this because IRI pays for his house mortgage & when/if France changed its' position, NIAC knows it can take some outrageous credit for it.

Ultimately France's Job and the UK is to play "Good Cop", "Bad Cop" with Iran while Obama has trouble at home but ultimately they share the same goal.
