Speaking about the new American Constitution, this famous idiom is attributed to Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding fathers of America:

“…in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”

Witnessing the incredible cruelty of the barbarous, warmongering and unreformable Islamist fascists ruling over Iran, one can tweak the Franklin idiom thusly:

…in the Islamist fascist ruled Iran nothing can be said to be certain, except death and unbelievable intentional misery for Iranians.

Here is an example, while for propaganda purposes Islamist fascists have and are spending hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars underwriting hospitals and medical facilities in numerous countries, their Minister of health, an ophthalmologist no less, in a natonwide televised  talk show says spending six to seven thousand dollars in importing medicine for Iranian kids with certain diseases just to prolong their lives for few years is unacceptable.

Just imagine - even in an undemocratic society - the Secretary/Minister of health issuing such death sentence without being tar and feathered in matter of if not hours, days.   But thanks to the protection by the lefties in the sane world, Islamist fascists do it all the times with impunity.

At times like this, Islamist fascist lobbies like NIAC, media mercenaries and ever useful lefties develop a communal laryngitis and keep quiet, but are vociferous about the non-existing sanctions against medicine and food.

Airtight sanctions - which includes oil - a la against the despicable South Africa apartheid, works. U.S. lawmakers get to it.
