It is the one and only operating principal for Iranians of the leftie and righti persuasion, not to be mistaken with the humanistic leftists and whatever it is the rightists aspire to.

Here is how it goes with these people, no matter what the undeniable truth; the enemy of my enemy is my love.

Examples from each camp:

Lefties defend Obama’s eight disastrous years in office and act as though he was incapable of doing any wrong. Never mind his own cabinet members including defense, state and heads of CIA have openly faulted him for his appeasement of Islamist fascists –“reformers” and all- allowing them to run amok with their expansionist warmongerings resulting in millions of Syrian refugees flooding Europe and hundreds of thousands dead.

Righties defend Trump basically because of his anti-Obama stance. Never mind his cozying up to the mass murderer Putin, his policies contrary to American freedom and preparing the country for unleashed capitalism running amok.

In other words; defending Trump Iranian style is the carbon copy of Iranian style defense of Obama, love being blind, principal and truth are damned.
