I call this collection, "Gabbehs Gone Wild". So Boring.
Although I can almost smell the wet goat wool...
I love your work. The first one in the series is a masterpiece. The lush wools are warm and inviting. Wishing you greater success.
Based on what was presented here and the facebook link, I couldn't find his body of work in series of a large enough number( eg. 5 or more pieces in a style) to be able to understand the thought process behind it. It appears that he is all over the place with different styles. I need to see his connection to a style, before I can even begin to appreciate it.
Having said that, I liked the first and second pieces. I lfound the abstract quality and a sense of rawness interestingly presented in his fiber art.
